The Notary sometimes also called “Notary Public”, a legal person appointed by the State to perform legal acts such as witnessing signature, taking oath, signing affirmation and a lot other tasks.
There are four types of Notarial Acts:

Acknowledgement
- An individual must appear before a notary public.
- He/ she must present a satisfactory evidence of identity.
- He/ she must affirm that he/she has signed the document voluntarily for the purpose state in the document.

- He/ she must present a satisfactory evidence of identity.
- He/ she must sign the document before the notary public.
- He/ she must take an oath before the notary public to affirm the accuracy of the document.

Copy Certification
- An individual must appear before a notary public with a document.
- The notary public must copy or supervise the copying process of the presented document.
- The notary must ensure the accuracy of the photocopied document.

Notary Services – US Legalization
Documents must be notarized by a commissioned notary public in the same state where the document was originated. However, US Legalization may provide its customers with notary services from the MD Circuit Court to save time and effort. Documents destined for legalization service from certain embassies in Washington DC require that the notarization must be conducted by a notary in the State where the document was issued. These embassies are:
Algeria, Brazil, China, Qatar, Pakistan, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Yemen, Iran, and Palestine.
